ST. THOMAS, USVI – On Feb. 11 at around 6:33 a.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center received a report of a 1st Degree Robbery that occurred in upper Savan.
The initial report states that the victim was at his residence retrieving tools out of his vehicle when three unknown males, dressed in black with masks over their faces and what appeared to be firearms, approached him and demanded that he give them everything he had. The suspects took the victim’s money and fled the area in an unknown direction.
