President and Secretary Clinton made a visit to St. John Monday.
They stopped by the home of one St. John resident whose home was destroyed during Hurricane Irma.
With the help of community organizations her home was rebuilt.
The Clintons also made a stop by one of those organizations facilities that helped during the storms- the nonprofit group Love City Strong.
There they saw how public private partnerships between groups like Love City Strong, Bloomberg Response and others made the rebuild possible.
USVI Correspondent Kellie Meyer caught up with the former President on what they’re doing to help.
This visit was ahead of the Clinton Global Initiative Action Network Meeting on Post Disaster Recovery happening Monday and Tuesday in St. Thomas –
