A St. John man was found dead in Cruz Bay Harbor.
The 9-1-1 call came on Thursday February 14 around 7:00am that said a body was found floating near the customs dock.
Officers and support Units responded to the scene and discovered a body in the water floating with who appeared to be a black male individual.
The man was identified by family members as 43-year-old Deon Stephen.
Police say there are no signs of foul play at this time.
This case is remains under investigation pending Medical Examiners findings during the Autopsy.
